    Pirate’s Grog Rum

    Pirate's Grog rum is a vatting of Caribbean rums, aged for between three and five years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
  • Alnwick is a bold, spicy dark rum, perfect for making a big impression in cocktails and mixed drinks. Based on a recipe which was first created over 90 years ago in Northumberland, Alnwick rum is made with a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, which are currently blended in Holland and bottled in Scotland.
  • A higher-strength variation on the Scapegrace Gin recipe, made in New Zealand using 12 botanicals (juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, orris, cinnamon, cassia, angelica, clove and liquorice). However, for this edition, they also add some tangerine peels to the mix!
  • Timur Pepper is part of the Sichuan or Szechuan Pepper family and is from the mountains of Nepal. Nelsons Timur has a unique aroma, which is not hot or pungent like a pepper but has slight grapefruit overtones and creates a tingly feeling in the mouth.   Tasting Notes: Light and zesty grapefruit overtones followed by a slight tingling sensation.
  • A blend of three rums, hand picked from Barbados, The Dominican Republic and Jamaica. Aged in oak barrels for three years, then a natural pineapple extract is added to give Nelson’s Roasted Pineapple Rum its distinct aroma.
