“We enjoyed the journey this gin took, from woody and herbaceous notes through to a long spicy finish. We enjoyed the way the lemon verbena runs through from aroma to finish and mixing it with tonic enhanced an almost dark chocolate quality which was interesting. A solid product.
We found that the lemon verbena was prominent on the nose and we thought this may be disguising some of the other botanicals. The palate is very interesting with lots of distinct characteristics and the alcohol is very well integrated. The spirit quality is really good!”
