    £36.00
Bumbu Rum is based on original 16th and 17th century recipes used by West Indian sailors. Made using spices native to the Caribbean along with sugar cane from the islands as well as South America, this is extremely drinkable on its own, with or without ice.
  • Prunus Serotine more commonly known as the Rum Cherry, delicately permeates the finely balanced spicing of this wonderful expression. This is defiantly not a cherry liquor and still very much a spiced rum. Serve over ice mixed with Coke/Pepsi for the ultimate adult version of Cherry Cola.
  • A Mexican liqueur combining rum with coconuts from the Yucatan peninsular. Just add pineapple juice for a delicious Pina Colada.
  • A specially selected blend of Caribbean dark rum with natural Rhubarb flavours and a hint of Demerara and Vanilla.
  • A variation on Dead Man's Fingers Spiced Rum (created by the folks from The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives) based around the deliciousness of coffee.
  • Spytail Black Ginger Rum is made using a centuries-old method of macerating fresh ginger root and other spices in barrels of maturing rum. The result is a sweet and spicy spirit that can be enjoyed on its own, with mixers or in cocktails.
  • This pineapple-flavoured rum was created by Plantation's Alexandre Gabriel as a tribute to Reverend Stiggins, a character in Charles Dickens' Pickwick Papers. This has notes of banana, citrus peel, spice and a hint of smoke, along with the pineapple.
  • A richly spiced rum from the Old J range. According to the label, this was flavoured with vanilla and "aphotic spiced" - those of you familiar with oceanography will know that an aphotic zone is a part of an ocean where little to no light reaches. A clever connection to make, considering the densely dark hue of this rum.
  • Natural strawberry extracts are added to a base of high quality white rum. This mixture is left to macerate and stabilize, in a stainless steel tank, until it reaches its optimum condition.
  • First there was Shellys Rumbarb, now there's Shellys Rumbutt - rum and peanut butter, of course! Creamy peanut butter mixed with rich spicy rum and a touch of vanilla.
