The blend incorporates rums from Trinidad and Barbados specially selected by our Master Blenders including some rums that have been enhanced by 3 years maturation in oak barrels in the heat of the tropics.

    Bumbu Rum is based on original 16th and 17th century recipes used by West Indian sailors. Made using spices native to the Caribbean along with sugar cane from the islands as well as South America, this is extremely drinkable on its own, with or without ice.
  • Prunus Serotine more commonly known as the Rum Cherry, delicately permeates the finely balanced spicing of this wonderful expression. This is defiantly not a cherry liquor and still very much a spiced rum. Serve over ice mixed with Coke/Pepsi for the ultimate adult version of Cherry Cola.
  • Named after the Peaky Blinders street gang from the later 19th and early 20th Century, this is a black spiced rum that has been blended with various spices to help accentuate the rum's flavour profile. As such, this expression features big ol' helpings of vanilla, clove and flamed orange peel notes.
  • A Mexican liqueur combining rum with coconuts from the Yucatan peninsular. Just add pineapple juice for a delicious Pina Colada.
  • A specially selected blend of Caribbean dark rum with natural Rhubarb flavours and a hint of Demerara and Vanilla.
  • Created for the self-described "hardest working man in showbiz", this is a spiced variant on the superb Ron de Jeremy. It's a Panama rum, flavoured with vanilla and various exotic spices, and specially made by Don Pancho Fernandez, a legendary rum maker.   Tasting Notes:

    Nose: Rich spices and intense notes of creamy vanilla and oak. Buttery.

    Palate: Caramel and banana chips, hints of bourbon barrel char, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla. Hints of cloves.

    Finish: Long, rich, spicy finish. Very warming.

  • A variation on Dead Man's Fingers Spiced Rum (created by the folks from The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives) based around the deliciousness of coffee.
  • Cloven Hoof Spiced Rum is made using a tasty blend of Guyanese and Trinidadian rum, along with a selection of spices, including cassia, anise and clove, hence the name - a nice touch (you know what they say about the devil and details and all that).
